these hoodies are great material. they’re very warm and thick. my husband and i have had matching ones for almost long time and they’ve held up well

The details provided about shipping are unclear and the person makes you feel dumb instead of clearly stating the information. I also received the wrong size shorts. Was told to gift them!

Because of that, I immediately offered you a full refund for the shorts instead of an exchange. I also mentioned the option of gifting them only as an alternative so the item wouldn’t go to waste if you preferred to keep them, not as a replacement for a refund or to dismiss your concern.
Regarding the preorder details, they are displayed in bold directly above the size chart on the product page, but I understand that even clear text doesn’t always translate into a smooth experience.
