Shipping policy

US shipping is roughly 3-9 days, depending on the product and your location. Preorder item shipping is roughly 2-4 weeks after the preorder window closes. 

International shipping is roughly 1-3 weeks. 

Please note that if you’re requesting a refund, we cannot refund your shipping cost once an item has been shipped. 

We are not responsible for items delivered but not received (stolen or lost packages).
